Barbarians are brave, even reckless, and their warrior skills make them well suited to adventure.

Instead of training and discipline, barbarians have a powerful rage that makes them stronger, tougher, and better able to withstand attacks. They only have the energy for a few such displays per day, but it is usually sufficient. Constant exposure to danger has also given barbarians a sort of “sixth sense,” the preternatural ability to sense danger and dodge attacks, and their running stamina is legendary.

RP Tips and In Game[]

To begin with, get out of the city. Once you are either 'fresh off the boat' in Dohral or graduated from Noob U., leave the city and go explore. Live off the land as much as you can, but it never hurts to keep a few dried or salted rations on you if you can carry them. Keep a couple canteens (full) and a bottle or two of your favorite wine or wiskey in your pack as well. With supplies like these, a fishing pole and perhaps bow & arrows, you can live off the land indefinitely.

USE those speedy BARBARIAN legs of yours to go explore the wilderness around the city, as far inland as you dare. You will first want to follow the obvious routes, just so you know them, the roads and the trails off of those roads once you know the extent of the roads. READ the land with your wilderness sense to gain a familiarity with the locations and destination of any hidden trails in each new Area you explore.

NOTE you will be earning XP for each new Area you explore, so with your long legs and the use of hidden trails, you should be able to gain levels early-on with a fair degree of ease. By learning the trails and especially the hidden trails, you will enable your PC to travel at speeds that seem god-like to those PLAYERS not possessing your lore.

There are more than 400 contiguous Areas of surface lands to explore and about another 100 not-contiguous oudoor spaces. In the course of exploring the surface lands, you will discover many ways to venture below these lands, this will add to your great lore. Further, while exploring, you can profit immensely by collecting the herbs, as well as the 'dropped valuables' that sometimes other adventurers loose as they travel these many rough trails.
